We engineer AI
that acts on the real world.

Cassivelle builds agency-driven systems. Specialized agents deployed to solve real problems, not describe them.

Our stance

Built to carry
the heavy load.

The world does not lack ideas about intelligence. It lacks intelligence that shows up and does the work. We build models and agents that take on the heavy lifting that has always belonged to overworked clinicians, understaffed agencies, and institutions asked to do more every year with less.

Cassivelle is an engineering company first. We take real civic problems, the ones that governments, ministries and frontline communities wrestle with every day, and turn them into specialized systems that act. Drafting legislation, reviewing clinical notes, tutoring a student in the manhaj that her own school follows, or moving a job application across a dozen portals on her behalf.

We are not interested in AI as a demo. We are interested in what changes for a parliament, a ministry, a hospital, a classroom when a capable agent is quietly in the room, doing the part no one else has time for. That is the infrastructure we are here to build.

The benchmark

The world went
intelligent.
Africa was left
in the waiting room.

Every year, a handful of economies compound an unfair advantage. Their parliaments, ministries, courts and hospitals fold specialized AI into the daily work and walk a little faster than the rest of the world.

Sub-Saharan Africa sits at the bottom of nearly every benchmark that matters. Not because the problems are smaller, but because no one is building the intelligence that actually fits the institutions. Cassivelle exists to close that gap, piece by piece, deployment by deployment.

71points

Between the top of the benchmark and the region we call home. Cassivelle is built to make that number move.

We are not waiting for a foreign platform to arrive, localize and eventually leave. We are building the agents on the ground, with the institutions on the ground, for the problems on the ground. One ministry, one parliament, one school district at a time.

How we work

Intelligence deployed
where it matters.

Our agents take in context, reason across specialized models, and act on behalf of the regions and communities we serve. From the Horn of Africa to Mediterranean trade routes, every deployment ends in an outcome.

TRAINING
Playbook/How we build

Every Cassivelle agent is built on
the best intelligence in the world.

Google, Anthropic, OpenAI and custom models converging into a single Cassivelle agent.GOOGLEANTHROPICOPENAICUSTOM MODELSCASSIVELLE
Cassivelle Engineering·April 15, 2026

At Cassivelle, every agent we build begins with a single question. What is the best intelligence in the world for this exact problem?

Some of our answers live inside Google's models. Some inside Anthropic. Some inside OpenAI. And when none of these foundation models can truly understand the work in front of us, we train a small custom model on the data only our region has.

We stitch these pieces together through our own orchestration layer. Each model does what it is best at. The system chooses the right one, hands it the right tools, and checks the answer before a user ever sees it.

This is why our agents feel different from wrapped chat boxes. Ikaab guides a student through the manhaj the way her teacher would. StepHire moves a real job application across a dozen portals the way a careful human would. And the agents we are building for ministries and parliaments will reason about policy the way their best advisors already do.

Foundation models are the ocean. Cassivelle is the team building boats that actually cross it.

On the ground

The institutions
we build for.

Not logos on a carousel. These are the places where our agents are being scoped, trained, and put to work. Ministries, offices, forums, museums, and humanitarian programs that have real problems and no patience for demos.

FAQ

Questions?
We have answers.

Everything you need to know about how Cassivelle builds, who we build for, and what it takes to put real intelligence inside a real institution.

  • What is Cassivelle?
Cassivelle is an AI engineering company building specialized agents and models for real institutions. We do not sell demos, we ship working systems that take on the heavy lifting for governments, ministries, NGOs, and the communities they serve.
  • What is the main mission?
Our mission is to bring the best intelligence in the world into the places that need it most, starting with the Horn of Africa. We build agents that solve real civic and institutional problems, one deployment at a time, so capability stops being a privilege of a few regions.
  • How do you actually solve problems?
Every project starts with a real institution and a real problem. We compose the right mix of foundation models from Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI, train custom models on local data when the problem is narrow enough, and stitch everything together through our own orchestration layer. The agent is then tested against real users inside the institution before a single person outside sees it.
  • Who is on the team?
Cassivelle is a small, deep team built around three pillars. AI engineers who design, train, and deploy the models. Data annotators who build the high quality local datasets that make our models feel native to the region. And business and policy specialists who sit inside the problem with the institution, shape the scope, and make sure the agent actually changes the work.
  • What products do you have today?
Two agents are live. Ikaab AI is an AI tutor trained on the Somaliland manhaj, guiding students through biology, chemistry, math, and geography in a voice that matches local teachers. StepHire AI is an autonomous job application agent that tailors CVs, writes cover letters, and files applications across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other boards. More are in scope for ministries and civic institutions.
  • Which institutions are you working with?
We are in active conversation with the Office of the Presidency of Somaliland, the Office of the Solicitor General, the Ministry of Health, the Somaliland National Museum, Hargeisa Debates, CSI, and the international humanitarian NGO Alight. The Ministry of Health model is currently in training on locally sourced clinical data.
  • Where is Cassivelle based?
We operate out of Hargeisa and Mogadishu with a global footprint. Our engineers build from the region they serve, not from an office six thousand miles away. That proximity is the whole point.
  • How do you handle data and privacy?
We treat institutional data as what it is, the most sensitive asset the institution has. Training happens on infrastructure that the institution can audit. Nothing leaves the boundary that our partners set, and every agent is governed by a signed data handling agreement before it ever touches real records.
  • How can I work with you?
If you lead a ministry, a program, or an NGO with a real problem that needs a serious system, write to us. We do not take on projects we cannot ship. If you are an engineer, an annotator, or a domain specialist who wants to build infrastructure for the region, the door is also open.
